Rating (out of 5): ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Price We Paid: $24.99
How long we have had it: 1 year
Pros: Small, Lightweight, Packages really well, Non-stick
Cons: Seemingly useless pieces, Pots are sized for two or less people, burner outputs very direct heat
Would we buy it again?: Yes, but only for two people. As our family grows will need something bigger.
Comments: This year we tried out a new cookware set and we were not disappointed! The Bisgear 16-piece campers’ cookware is a cost effective and useful alternative to expensive Jetboil style cookware. The burner mounts directly to the top of a standard gas canister and the pot is sized perfectly for a two-person meal. We find the loofa and rice ladle are not useful to us and we generally don’t use the fork. We repurposed the carabiner as a lantern hanger, but otherwise it is not really needed either. It is a great size for backpacking for two-people but I would ditch some of the accessories. Overall the Bisgear cookware set was an easy to use, lightweight and nonstick set that met all of our camp cooking needs! We also like that the company has many different options. We suggested them to others and they got kits that suited their needs. We used the Bisgear set on every camping trip this year and it was great when we needed to save weight because we were flying into a location.
